Currently, we are shipping 2 times a week until everything goes back to normal out there!
We ship either USPS or UPS Ground, whichever comes out the least expensive. If you need the order to be expedited, please contact us at info@ebbandflownyc.com, and we'll send you quotes for faster shipping.
Yes, we ship everywhere! There are options at checkout but if you have nay trouble, please contact info@ebbandflownyc.com
We always try to reuse boxes and packing materials that come from our other shipments. If we ever run out, don't worry, we will ship it to you and hope you can recycle!
2 years. hopefully it won't come to that, and you would have used and loved the product!
If you're unhappy with the product in any way, we will be happy to exchange or fully refund you within 14 days as long as the product comes back unused and in mint condition. Return and exchange shipping charges will apply on your end. Email us at info@ebbandflownyc.com, and we will give you a return/exchange confirmation number. Write this # on the original receipt so we know it's you.
If the product(s) we ship arrives damaged or by any chance the wrong scent, we will re-ship you free of charge and send you a shipping label for you to return the incorrect product(s).
